By accessing or using the Chart Hawk platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Chart Hawk provides AI-powered market analysis tools including, but not limited to: daily trading signals, trend predictions, chart pattern detection, stock screening, backtesting, and AI trading robots. All signals and analysis are generated by automated systems and are intended for educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. Subscription and Billing

Chart Hawk offers paid subscription tiers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used more than 10% of the service during that period.

5. No Financial Advice

Chart Hawk is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All content, signals, predictions, and analysis provided by Chart Hawk are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial or investment advice. You assume full responsibility for any trades you make based on our signals or tools. Trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Share your subscription access with non-subscribers
• Use our API in ways that violate our rate limits or API terms
• Impersonate other users or Chart Hawk staff

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Chart Hawk platform — including AI models, algorithms, signal methodologies, UI design, and text — is the exclusive property of Chart Hawk, Inc. and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chart Hawk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@charthawk.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
